Returns and Refund Policy


RETURNS

We are unable to offer exchanges for returned items, only refunds and store credit. For example, if you need a different size, style, or color of an item then you will need to return your item for refund or store credit and then place a new order.

All returns require pre-authorization. Any items returned without pre-authorization will not be eligible for refund or store credit.

Please email customerservice@eleven259.com to request your return authorization. Once you receive your return authorization, we will also specify the address to which you should return your items.

Our pre-authorized return policy for any unused or defective merchandise applies up to 14 days after your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or store credit.

A possible exception to the 14-day limit may apply to defective items. A return authorization determination will be made on a case-by-case basis. If authorized this type of return will be refunded via a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized/personalized or made to order items cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:
• Non-defective customized/personalized items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• International shipping, taxes, or duty

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
