What are your numbers?
24 hours was too long. Life was hard. Weeks of anxiety was getting the best of me. After crying and praying I picked myself up and told myself I had to have a plan.
If I could make it to 11am then I would be ok. If I could make it to 2pm, I would be ok. If I could make it to 5pm, the day was almost over. If I could make it to 9pm the day would be a success. That’s how eleven259 started. One day at a time broken into safe little parts.

eleven259, the company has been in the works for almost 2 years. It has been a journey of love and creativity, and now more than ever the message to myself of creating beautiful treasures is only equalled in measure by how wisely I choose to take time out for myself during the course of 24 hours.

What are your numbers? Do you set aside specific times during the day to take a breath? How do you get through your day? What does your being in the moment look like? Meditation, Yoga, Creativity, Exercise, Prayer?

Being creative makes my heart happy. Luckily I get to create functionally beautiful handbags, jackets, dresses, scarves and most recently face masks. Most of the fabric used is vintage, up-cycled, dead-stock, and is usually purchased in very small quantities. We are committed to using a very limited supply of new fabrics. There are so many beautiful fabrics already produced. The fun is in the hunt.
